Our application is now available for mobile devices. It is recommended to use Safari or Google Chrome as your mobile browser.
You can change the default units of measure for temperature and pressure by clicking on the gear icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen next to your username.
You can filter the information displayed in the main list area and specify the number of rows to be displayed per page. Explore this option by clicking on located in the upper right hand corner of the list area.
You can choose various view options if you have a complete folder selected in the tree list located on the left hand side of the screen. Select complete folders by clicking on the folder name. Available views are: pressure, alarm/flow, alarm history, uptime and map. Views are selected via the dropdown menu located on the top left hand corner of the main list area.
Within any view you can display a mini 14 day graph by clicking on the Well/Device name. This is intended as a quick view. For a more detailed graph please click on the icon located to the left of the Well/Device name.
K9 has an improved search ability to help find wells and devices. For example, you can search on part of a well name or device serial number. The search function is accessed by clicking on “Search” located in the top right hand corner of the screen.
You can specify which folder will be displayed whenever you sign on to the system. Once you are displaying the folder you want to see, click on “Set Default Folder" located on the top right hand corner of the screen.
